Pink lamingtons offer a colourful contrast without the chocolate icing and in some stores you will find lemon iced lamington too! Bakery, Desert
Popular Menu Item Hot Sausage Roll Hot Sausage Roll Everyone loves hot sausage rolls for a mid morning snack or part of your lunch. Soft melt in the mouth pastry with well-seasoned sausage meat. Some bakeries will add ham and cheese for you too. For those who are looking for more of a snack (or dessert) the chocolate Croissant is for you. Bakery
Popular Menu Item Chia bread and rolls Chia bread and rolls Chia is fast becoming popular and for good reason. This superfood is small, but packs a big punch of nutritional and health benefits. Most bakeries (more so bigger chains) are offering a wide range of Chia options, from typical wholemeal chia loaves to fruit loaves with Chia. If you've never tried Chia before give it a go. Bakery
Popular Menu Item Mango Lassi Mango Lassi Served in most Asian restaurants, it is probably a ‘signature smoothie’ type of drink. Fresh mangoes with yoghurt and light spices poured over ice – absolutely delicious and refreshing to the palate and takes away any heat from spicy food still burning your tongue! Asian

2 In 1 Japanese Bakery

Japan is the leading country that innovates and utilizes active yeast cultivation in bread production. 2 in 1 Japanese Bakery has invited Japanese Bakery Masters to bring their active yeast techniques to Australia, making 2 in 1 Japanese Bakery the first Natural Yeast Bakery in Australia. Yeast is commonly used in baking bread and bakery products. It converts the fermentable sugars in the dough into carbon dioxide and ethanol. Currently there are a few different kinds of yeasts that are used. Some are converted from wines and others from a variety of fruits. Traditional yeast is produced by chemicals, known as “Dry Yeast” or “Fresh Yeast”. The Dry Yeast currently available in the market is easy to obtain or produce and only requires a short period of time to ferment. The downside of this is that chemicals like “Phosphoric Acid” and “Nitrogen” have been added. Phosphoric Acid can cause low bone density, a loss of calcium, the production of kidney stones and chronic kidney disease. Natural Yeast Bread do not utilize any chemical materials at all. That makes the Natural Yeast Bread delicious and safe to consume.
