|BBQ Ribs||Delicious lip smacking pork ribs, marinated in barbecue sauce or sometimes a chipotle or chilli sauces. The ribs are usually marinated for a few hours and either slow oven roasted in more sauce, or flame-grilled to give that lovely smokey flavour.
