Secret Creek Cafe and Restaurant

Here at Secret Creek we believe that conservation only begins with protecting native endangered species and their habitats. Preserving our natural environment and saving ecosystems requires a holistic approach.

The sustainability of our restaurant is now an important part of this. When choosing our top quality suppliers, we support farming practices that work with, rather than against the land. We aim to conserve the indigenous flavours of Australia by using native ingredients. We source all of our produce as locally as possible and we do not import any ingredients from overseas. This helps keep our carbon footprint light.

All of our meat is free-range and ethically farmed. We minimise waste by using whole animals and cooking with a â€˜nose to tailâ€™ philosophy. This is why you will find that the specific cuts of our premium quality meat change daily.

We also minimise waste by feeding vegetable scraps to the sanctuary animals and meat scraps to the dingoes.

We love to cater for our vegan or vegetarian guests with delicious and creative options and always have lots of gluten free dishes on the menu. Any other special dietary requirements can always be catered for.
