The Rising Sun Bar and Bistro
Established in 2010 by Jason Rowbottom & Nick Holloway, the co-owners of Nu Nu Restaurant and Numi Ice Creamery. The Rising Sun has become a much-loved part of Palm Cove for it’s genuine hospitality & truly delicious, handcrafted simple food. It’s kooky 70’s decor, fresh off-the-boat-seafood, tropical cocktails and sea breezes are all staples of The Rising Sun bar & bistro.
