The Old Pub has been in our family for years and for a long time we’ve dreamed of opening it again to the public, to share the friendly space and to share our love of coffee, food and wine with others. Now we have been able to re-open the Old Pub and this beautiful old bluestone building in the heart of the tiny and picturesque town of Boolarra, South Gippsland, will once again be a place for people to eat, drink and relax. We’ve both worked for many years in the hospitality industry in Melbourne, so for us this is definitely a ‘tree change’ and a chance to embrace the country lifestyle of relaxed healthy living and enjoying local produce. We love simple, tasty, rustic food and we’d love you to visit us so that we can share with you some of the delicious local produce and local wines that we’ve discovered. Our plan is to create a place where locals and tourists from afar can relax, laugh and enjoy themselves. Oh yes and we love good coffee.
