Click here to send us an updateMountain Palace Restaurant has been family restaurant for over 30 years and current owners Diane and Peter Lee have ensured that this has stayed as a theme within their restaurant. Peter and Diane have worked tirelessly in the Restaurant since 1994. First situated at the upper level of North Richmond Shopping complex, Peter and Diane seized the opportunity to move downstairs in 2003 in the hope of attracting new customers. Throughout the years, Mountain Palace has continually provided the Hawkesbury community with an extensive fusion of Asian cuisine ranging from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, professional and personalised service, along with an ideal location for all family types, business groups and couples to dine at. Special dietary needs such as gluten-free, vegetarian, and various food allergies are also available at the restaurant. Since their big move downstairs, the local Hawkesbury community has continued to give Mountain Palace their unwavering support and patronage. Thus, this allowed for the restaurant’s next facelift, which took place in August 2013. The results of the facelift were spectacular —the atmosphere of the restaurant was transformed into an authentic yet avant-garde Chinese setting, raising the bar of the Hawkesbury’s restaurant standards. The latest addition of a function room to Mountain Palace will also be able to cater to the needs of various functions such as birthdays, private parties, anniversaries and corporate occasions. However, these changes were only made possible through the hard work of Joseph Lee, the son of Peter and Diane, who has been taught every aspect of the business since the young age of fifteen, along with his team of carpenters and the interior designer, Jennifer Potts, whose expertise transformed the interior of Mountain Palace into a veritable Asian ambience.
