Marking his first culinary venture into Australian dining, Ramsay’s restaurants demonstrate a respect for Australian produce, with chef John Lawson ably manning the kitchens. At Maze Grill, the thrill of the grill gets the star treatment as chefs cook up a storm in the open kitchen, serving up prime cuts of meat in this New York-style grill setting. Alongside the various grass-fed, grain-fed and wagyu cuts, the menu also dabbles in pappardelle, braised pork cheeks, roasted barramundi, and a selection of small plates to begin or complement your meal. The desserts put the literal icing on the cake, including a baked cheesecake and a rhubarb and vanilla sundae.
