Click here to send us an updateThe owner and manager of BCC, Gary Humphries is responsible for the delicious cakes, pastries, pies, and biscuits. Gary has been a chef for more then 20 years. Starting his work training in Regent Hotel, in Kuala Lumpor. He arrived in Sydney in 1988 and worked in Holiday Inn, Sydeny Menzies, Sydney’s Royal Yacht Club, The Restaurant in Berowra Waters and Les Delices. His past experience is a show case in the variety of food that BCC carries.
