Click here to send us an updateWild Rice is a family owned business, with over 20 years in the restaurant and catering business. We previously owned and operated the local favourite in Black Rock, Thai Thana, from 1993 to 2000.
We opened our doors to picturesque Williamstown on Melbourne Cup Day in November 2003. A few years on and we are still enjoying it! This is testament to our customers who have become our friends and supported us over the years. It is also a reflection of the team of girls and guys that run the restaurant on our behalf.
You could describe Wild Rice as a modern Thai restaurant. We serve up popular and familiar Thai dishes such as green curry and pad thai noodles. For those that are a bit more adventurous, our weekly specials provide traditional and even fusion style dishes.
Wild Rice is unpretentious. We welcome people of all ages; young, youngish and for those with more life experiences. We also provide for large bookings and catering. For those special moments we can assist you in designing your menu. But if you haven’t got time to dine in, we also have take away cooked to order.
